The Czech term \"\u003cem\u003ekrasna hora\u003c\/em\u003e\", the winery's name, translates to \"beautiful mountain.\"\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eCzech Krasna Hora 'Pink' rosé wine is 100% Pinot Noir raised on loess-rich soils in accordance with the dictates of organic and biodynamic farming. Harvesting is done manually and the grapes are then transferred to the winery where they undergo light whole cluster pressing. Subsequently, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place for \u003cstrong\u003e20 percent of the mass in 500-liter oak barrels\u003c\/strong\u003e of several passages while the rest ferments in stainless steel tanks. Maturation takes place in the same types of containers for a few months on the fine lees. The wine is finally bottled with a screw cap without undergoing any clarification or filtration.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eThe 'Pink' Pinot Noir Rosé Krasna Hora has a pale pink hue. The olfactory panorama is fragrant and lively, with \u003cstrong\u003ebright perceptions of red fruits\u003c\/strong\u003e and pink grapefruit that combine with hints of violets and berries. Fresh, luscious and clean on the palate, endowed with excellent smoothness and a marked savory streak. The finish of good persistence carries red fruit sensations that are consistent with the nose.
