The 448 s.l.m. Rosé by Girlan is a wine that stands out for its delicacy, a pinkish pleasant that occurs immediately with faint hints of berries and strawberry, and that is perfectly matched to the Mediterranean, especially with cold cuts and cheese light. Born in the winery Girlan, a company founded in 1923 by the will of 23 members and that during the last century has occupied a prominent place in the South Tyrolean wine growing social; today members exceeded 200. Farmers who love their land and who can not help but be drawn from these unique environments of high quality grapes, perfectly ripened and rich in sugar due to significant thermal excursion that here, in the Lowlands, certainly are frequent. The 448 Rosé is made from grapes Lagrein, Pinot Nero and Schiava, after careful manual harvest and after 12 hours of maceration on the skins. It is aged entirely in steel, in order to preserve the delicacy and the typical aromas of these three grapes. With Lagrein to give structure, Pinot Nero to ensure elegance and Schiava to donate those light and delicate aromas of berries and strawberry.
