Bianco 'Breg' Gravner 2011

Gravner beat roads that no one has ever dared to, producing his wines in buried clay amphorae from the Caucasus. The grape must is transferred and there is no added yeast selected. When nature has run its course, the wine is aged in casks and bottled in the waning moon, without clarifying or filtering. The result is a wine quite unique, able to give out so many flavors that is hard to even list them all! A great wine ... this is the only true way to describe it!
