Champagne Extra Brut Cuvée 740 Magnum Jacquesson

The Extra Brut Cuvée of Jacquesson is one of those Champagne that give emotion and wonderful feelings, hiding behind a story of passion and dedication, a real lifestyle choice. Jean-Hervé and Laurent, the brothers Jacquesson, really have misinterpreted the concept of Brut Sans Année, making it much more in line with the concept of terroir, of the type of cultivation and vinification, bringing the chalice the natural diversity of different vintages.

A system to assign a number to each cuvée, born with the vintage of 2000 and with the Cuvée 728 that made this Champagne immediately original. In their series "7" are not only used the reserve wines of every thousandth, but also the assembly of Cuvèe earlier; we are facing, then, in a real multimillesimato. One Champagne that comes from a small revolution, by a philosophy that takes the wine as a reference year, for a mirror of the climate itself. A philosophy spelled out perfectly in the back of the label, where every year we find the percentage of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier used, but also the different relationship between vintage wine and reserve wine.

It comes from vineyards in the Dizy, as Corne Bautray and Terres Rouges, and partly to Avize and Ay and has beautiful yellow fruit with a slight minerality on the finish that supports a dense matter, and that brings the freshness of a cedar little cut.
