Cognac 'Fine de Cognac' Hennessy

The Cognac “Fine de Cognac” Hennessy is a magnificent result of the savoir-faire and savoir-vivre of the ancient Hennessy maison, dating back to 1765 and home of a craft culture that has been passed down within the dynasty until now, along every generation. The aristocrats of the court of King Louis XVI did request on time of its finest cognac, making them the protagonists of the royal court. Hennessy has developed a real art of creation of cognac, marked by so many rituals that give life to an eaux-de-vie, whose elegance and nobility are known around the world, from the 18th century: exemplary is the meeting place of the eleven thirty in the morning of the master distillers, whose mastery, mixed with foresight and devotion, creates unforgettable saveur and bouquet. This “Fine de Cognac” arises from the brilliant Trebbiano - Ugni Blanc, as it is called in the maison - from the grand crus of the Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies and Fins Bois. Tasty grapes are processed with a double distillation in large copper stills and are placed in the historic cellars, preserved in ten-year-old oak casks in which three or four generations of eaux-de-vie have already been aged. The result is a grape and orange blossom triumph: the tones are warm, round, soft finesse, giving veiled sweet freshness of candid and bergamot as a last memory...a sought perfection that gives a harmonious sensory pleasure.
