Gin Burrough's Reserve Beefeater

James Burrough, the founder of Beefeater, after studying to be a pharmacist has applied its scientific knowledge in the art of distillation and has forever revolutionized the world of gin, defining the production recipe of the rules of Beefeater London Dry Gin, or the best-selling premium gin in the world. Burrough's Beefeater Gin Reserve is therefore an evolution, a distilled gin through the use of an old copper still 1800, the same used by Dr. Burrough, and then allowed to rest (as soon as the distillation) in oak barrels used to the production of a fine wine fortified French, Jean de Lillet. To make it unique is this step which takes place in contact with the wood personally selected by Master Distiller Desmond. It is characterized by a warm golden color and a rich flavor, full and nicely complex. From this is born a spirit unique manufacturing process available in limited quantities. The taste has floral notes and spice that reveals the sweet aroma of vanilla and then evolve in the scent of juniper. The palate is as soft as a whole. Initially hitting the fresh taste of lemon and only then the unmistakable taste of juniper opens in all its fragrance. The closure is wrapped in a spicy tone.
