The One of Ginevra Venerosi Pesciolini is one of the most successful and prestigious winery of all the wine scene in Pisa and in Tuscany. The cellar extends near the ancient village of Ghizzano, from which it takes its name, was built by the family of Ginevra in 1370. History and traditions, then, are the masters in this beautiful estate, where the quality has always lived. The Nambrot, a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, is an amazing wine, who takes effect immediately, subtlety and substance. The nose is enriched with toasted notes are still present, but the energy and the thickness of this red leave no doubt about its perfect evolution. The finish is perfect: fine, intense and lying on notes of lavender. The twenty hectares of vineyards that give life to these beautiful grapes rest on soils of marine origin from the sandy stretches, silt and clay, and are influenced by seasonal paragraph in a mild climate. The Nambrot positions itself on the style of the wine cellar, leaving nothing to chance, but representing the perfection that is the production philosophy of Tenuta di Ghizzano: a wine with a maturity of fruit, tannin extraction with calibrated and adjusted to aged in wooden barrels of small size. In this way are product unique and important wines, able to better represent the Tuscan terroir.
