Maison Michel Hoerter's "Les 3 Muses" Brut Champagne is a cuvée made from the three main grapes of Champagne. The majority percentage of Pinot Noir contributes to an important structure, Pinot Meunier gives a ripe and rich fruit, and Chardonnay completes the blend with its characteristic finesse and elegance. The perfect balance between the three grapes and a long aging on yeasts give the wine an intense and complex profile, with ample and creamy aromas, ranging from floral nuances to fruit hints to more evolved notes of bread crust and pastry.

Brut "Les 3 Muses" is a Champagne still produced with artisanal care by a maison that has jealously preserved the original family character. For four generations, the Hoerter family has been dedicated to viticulture in Champagne. The estate is located in the heart of the western Vallée de la Marne, in Essômes-sur-Marne, and covers a total of 9 hectares. The plots are located in the higher hilly area, characterized by limestone-clay soils with the presence of silt, or in the lower part, where clay, silt and sand soils predominate. In keeping with the tradition of the area, most of the vineyards are planted with Pinot Meunier and the others with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The Champagnes are a faithful mirror of the terroir and the oldest artisanal customs of a Recoltant Manipulant maison, far from an industrial vision and standardized taste on international models.

Michel Hoerter's "Les 3 Muses" Brut Champagne comes from grapes that come from vines with an average age of about 40 years. At the end of the harvest, each variety is vinified separately with fermentation in steel tanks. The vins clairs undergo malolactic fermentation and, after several months of aging, the final blending takes place. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise method, with a stay on the lees for at least 42 months. In the glass it has a brilliant old gold color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses aromas of ripe yellow fruit, peach, floral nuances and soft sensations of custard and citrus honey. The sip is rich and fruity, with a harmonious mouthfeel that lengthens toward a fresh and elegant finish, making it an ideal Champagne for an aperitif or to enjoy with seafood appetizers.
