Fiano by Rocca del Principe is a wine with amazing fruity hints and with a significant freshness. The winery of Rocca del Principe was born in 2004 by the hands of Aurelia Fabrizio and Ercole Zarella, at the lead of the vineyard with the help of Antonio Fabrizio. This small production of wines in Campania has been dedicated from its origins to the fine production of Fiano di Avellino, proving a great interpreter of this type. The result obtained after years of intense and passionate work shows a Fiano able to show excellent detail to the complexity of flavors and scents, all played on a fresh and flavorful mineral balance. The winery of Rocca del Principe has about 10 acres, 5 of which cultivated with Fiano, situated on the slopes of the hill Arianiello, the highest part of the town of Lapio representing one of the absolutely most suited to the cultivation of Fiano. The Fiano wants to be a typical expression of the territory of Lapio, a unique soil, capable of giving rise to wines of great elegance and personality.
