The Gavi dei Gavi Black Label is the flagship of the estate Scolca, manufactured under a strict respect for nature and its cycles through traditional methods of pruning and harvesting. In Gavi, Cortese was implanted for the first time by the Marquis Cambiaso over a century ago with the purpose of serving a fine wine for his guests.
