Pinot Grigio Lis Neris 2017

The Pinot Grigio by Lis Neris is one of the traditional wines of Lis Neris, a Friulian wine perfect to drink throughout the meal, intense and fruity in Friuli, right on the river Isonzo, has found the ideal conditions to express a high level all its quality. It combines the structure and freshness, with a flavor on the finish that makes this even more intriguing Pinot Grigio. Born on the vineyards of Romans, 15 hectares located in a recently built on the edge of the terrace to the south-west of the name, with a proximity to the river Isonzo that promotes good ventilation and constant. We are at 60 meters above sea level, on the vineyards of at least 10 years of age, on the rich soil of gravel and limestone. The particularity of this Pinot Grigio is its prolonged fermentation, 8 months on end store with lees stirring frequently. The result is a Pinot Grigio from Friuli intensely fruity notes which opens on mineral notes giving the lime, kiwi and almond. The Pinot Grigio by Lis Neris is the perfect companion for a dinner of fish or vegetables.
