Curtefranca Bianco 'Uccellanda' Bellavista 2011

The Curtefranca Bianco "Uccellanda" by Bellavista comes from Chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyard that the name to the wine, at one end of brighter and sunnier entire Franciacorta. A glacial valley on the edge of Lake Iseo, in the town of Curtefranca, in Nigoline, above 300 meters above sea level. Harvest after a perfect selection and fermentation and aging for 12 months in small white oak barrels, before resting another 6 months in bottle.
