The union of two of the most traditional grapes of the Lunigiana, Durella and Luadga, comes a wine with good structure and a strong personality, that have fully convinced us. The name "Otto Ottobre" comes from the unusual and late date on which the Farm Ruschi Noceti began in the year 2002 the harvest; the grapes were exceptionally mature, while maintaining an excellent freshness, characteristic of the grape variety and climate of Lunigiana. The grapes were crushed and the juice kept in contact with the skins in cold for 36 hours, before being aged in steel. The result was so surprising and encouraging that the Farm Ruschi Noceti decided to continue on this path, producing a wine with amazing aromas and complex fruity scents. The lateness of the harvest and the perfect wine-making process justify the golden color, the incredible freshness and intriguing aromas, ripe and evolving.
