Ribolla Gialla Ronco dei Tassi 2015

The Ribolla Gialla of Ronco dei Tassi is a fruity and elegant wine, very pleasant and with great persistence. Fabio Coser, a Venetian by birth, but adoption of Friuli, more than two decades of producing great wines in one of the best areas of Collio. Ronco dei Tassi, in fact, dominates the hilly area of east of Cormons, and his wines are able to combine the great power of the whites in the area with an injection of freshness that makes them rich for of a tight and elegance balance. Even Ribolla Gialla is a wine that embodies extreme clarity and precise, able to best represent the area of Cormons from which come to life. Over the years the vineyards of the winery are grown in the territory extending from the Monte Quarin to Monte Fosarin. Being gathered in a park, it's many small parcels bordered by forests, on poor soils but rich in minerals, with a careful viticulture and low impact. The extreme attention and care given to the grapes allowed this Ribolla Gialla to show up the flavors and scents that are representative of the area Cormons.
