A successful and magnificent marriage of two different types of Demerara Rums, from two types of unique and refined stills, whose union takes place immediately after the distillation, at the time of finding place in the barrels. On the one hand there is the legendary Port Mourant, a Double Pot, made of wood, dating back to 1732, on the other hand there is Enrome, a Coffey Still, made of wood, dating back to 1870.
