The Sauvignon of Davide Feresin is an “outside the box” wine; is an amazing wine, able to meditate, because this wine needs to be understood in depth. To understand this we must know the story of Davide, which has a bond of blood near the vine and the wine it produces: 11 years, in fact, promised to take care of his grandfather's dying lands located in San Quirino, to give it again the luster and the importance of the past. Since then, his only thoughts were fixed and its vineyards, now treated with a maniacal precision. Davide in the vineyard uses the bare minimum to get to have the grapes healthy. Use the green manure instead of fertilizer, insecticides and has eliminated the use of sulfur mine only and not synthetic. The extreme care and precision with which the grapes are handled, ensure that the vineyard is offering an exemplary show of beauty, always believing that such care guarantees the optimum quality of the wine, even at the expense of a greater potentially production. The Sauvignon of Feresin, unique in its kind, it’s also the result of a perfect alchemy that has been established between Davide and Michele Bean, winemaker of the winery. The desire of Davide to create a wine that is unconventional, unique and has a striking personality, meets with Michael's dream of leading manufacturer and look for some brave, capable producer of venturing into the production of a label does not follow trends, but able to distinguish from the crowd. Thus was born the Sauvignon Feresin, a Sauvignon outside the lines, striking with every sip.
