The Sylvaner "Alte Reben" by Pacherhof is definitely the strong point of this lovely South Tyrolean winery, located on soils rich of minerals, in a unique microclimate which is the natural potential of the maso Pacher. Andrea Huber recognized immediately the charm and strengths of this territory and has dedicated to the production of great wines. The Sylvaner "Alte Reben" is born from the rows taller and older than the maso Pacher and is recognized by all as an extraordinary reserve that enhances grape unique, widespread in Italy and rediscovered by the public only in recent years. The clever use of acacia wood gives structure, personality and softness to Sylvaner "Alte Reben" that is displayed in all its aromatic Habsburg where features notes of apple, white flowers, hay and candied citrus, with an ending that recalls the almond and ripe apricot. A growing up of sensations, aromas, notes that never go out of a fine textured, delicate, pretty.
