The company follows a specific biodynamic philosophy and does not add sulfur dioxide to their bottles. This BO2 is a pure Tempranillo, a grape variety typical of Spanish viticulture and offers excellent development potential. On the nose, is fruity and spicy with good intensity and elegance, related to a savory vein and tertiary flavors. On the palate, the minerality is perfectly balanced with the softness, while the finish is long and persistent.
