The adventure of Venica begins in February 1930, when Daniel Venica buys a farm and vineyards surrounding the town of Dolegna. Today, eighty years later, the family Venica is still there to follow with the same passion and the same dedication the vineyards on one of the most important wine-growing zones of Collio. In the vineyard extreme rigor was used in the selection of sites and varieties to be planted: the grapes for this Tocai "Ronco delle Cime" grow on soil cooler and with higher temperature range, thus ensuring a considerable minerality and flavor.
