The Vitovska is a typical grape of the border between Friuli and Slovenia, rediscovered a few years for its remarkable potential. This wine, is produced in Slovenian Collio, comes from maceration on the skins for 5 days and, therefore, shows an almost coppery color and aromas definitely evolved and tertiary.
