Vodka William Chase

The William Chase Vodka is born from the vision of the entrepreneur William Chase, who said he decided to name his vodka with his own name to emphasize his pride for it. The distillery is located on the family farm in Herefordshire in the West Midlands, on the border with Wales. Mr. Chase is the only one to produce vodka from English potatoes, in particular from the King Edward & Lady Claire potatoes, and has taken an old craft tradition, which had been abandoned because of the high costs. That spirit is unique because of indigenous raw materials themselves, which give it an extreme creaminess and a range of aromas between black pepper and almond, so that these characteristics are different from those of vodkas derived from cereals. Chase distillery has a “domestic” production from the seed to the bottle – 1000 bottles a week – and the use of a hundred years old distiller in copper, whose rectification column is the highest in Europe, giving an extreme purity to vodka. William Chase Vodka's modernity mixed with tradition has been rewarded with the "Best in the world" title by San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2010, beating Russian and Polish competitors.
